Ingredients

Enzyme blend (24mg per serving) - fructan hydrolase, Lactase, Alpha-Galactosidase.
Other ingredients: Dextrin (to ensure enzyme stability).
Contains NO: Gluten, Milk, Casein, Soy, Egg, Artificial Colours or Flavours.

Directions & serving size

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp (0.75g - measuring spoon included) dose of powder on trigger food right before eating.
Sprinkle a second dose if still eating after 30 minutes.
Avoid water - The powder works best when mixed directly with your meals, while water can diminish the effect of enzymes.
Don't heat up - Avoid adding the powder to your cooking, as enzymes will deactivate at very high temperatures.
Dose up if needed - If you're eating for more than 30 minutes, we recommend adding a booster dose midway through.

FODZYME is virtually tasteless and does not change the texture of food.

Will FODZYME® workfor me?

FODZYME® is meant for adult humans ages 18+.
FODZYME does not target specific conditions - rather, FODZYME's enzymes break down triggering substances (fermentable fibers) that are known to ferment by gut bacteria.
Specifically, FODZYME's enzymes break down the fibers fructan, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and lactose. So, if you know that you are sensitive to foods that contain them, then we recommend you give FODZYME a shot once your doctor approves you adding a new supplement to your gut-health regimen.

Why is FODZYME® a powderwhen most enzyme products are in a capsule/caplet?

Enzymes need to mix well with the food to get to its substrates (e.g. fructan) within the food.
Swallowing an enzyme supplement like a pill/capsule does not allow the enzyme
to sufficiently work into the food! It is crucial to maximize food-enzyme-homogenization, and this is what our powder form achieves.
